LGS Enterprise Open Source agreement:

A new member will be offered an Open Source Agreement to sign which in summary includes the following: (note: the agreement itself is the ultimate authority on this issue).

No complicated escrow agreements are necessary with LGS as a copy of the source code is provided to the member free of charge.

Whilst a copy of the source code is provided copyright rests with LGS

Participation in LGS support arrangements is optional under LGS.

Members are able to modify and use the software as they see fit, provided it is not 'on-sold' to others.

Any modifications must be offered back to LGS without charge and LGS then decides if such modifications become core.
